Q. What is the EBS "Elevated Base System?
A. This Patented Golf Bag System creates stadium seating for your clubs. Thru it's staggered base system.
Q. Can I get a bag in 1,2 or 3 days if I have to and pay the extra shipping charges?
A. Yes Air freight rates for next day air will be $85, 2 day air will be $55 and 3 day air will be $35. These rates are per bag. The rates are based on size of box not the weight of bag.
Q. Do the divider go all the way down?
A. Yes they do on all the Great Divider bags.
Q. How Many Dividers are there?
A. All The Great Divider bags have 14 full length Divider plus a putter clip on the side of the bag.
Q. How can Golden Eagle Golf sell the bags for so little & offer free shipping?
A. We have teamed up directly with Great Divider to sell there golf bags online. In most cases we will not actually touch the bag you will get. Fact: No other company places more orders for bags than Golden Eagle Golf Inc.. Since we don't have to stock & ship them we only need to make a very small percentage of the selling price.
Q. How long will it take to get my bag once I order it?.
A. We will normally process your order within 24 hours of ordering & It will normally be shipped in 48 hours or less. The bag will come from Golden Colorado, shipping to the west coast or mid west is 3-4 business days. Shipping to the east coast or southeast will be 5-6 business days.

Q. Is there a warranty on a Great Divider bag?
A. Yes All Great Divider bags have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase in the unlikely event of a defect in workmanship or materials.
Q. What if after I get the bag I just don't like it?
A. Simply call us at 1-866-351-1263. You will be responsible for shipping the bag back to Golden Eagle Golf. Once we receive the bag we will credit your charge card the purchase price less the amount we paid to ship the bag to you plus 5% of the purchase price to cover the charge card fees.
