IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED FOR ANY REASON YOU MAY RETURN UNDAMAGED CLUBS WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR A FULL CREDIT TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A FUTURE ORDER. RETURN FREIGHT CHARGES ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
Get out and Play your Clubs. We built them to your specs, so that they would work for you. If you are not completely satisfied after 30 days then we may need to re-evaluate the situation and we will recommend clubs that will work for you.

LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Graphite shafts we sell are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for life. Driver heads and irons are covered for the period of one year. The warranty covers only defective merchandise or products that are out of specification. (Not Worn Grips or Broken Shafts Due To Abuse)

DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT
All of our items are insured during shipment. Customers are responsible to inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt for possible damaged incurred in transit. Please contact the carrier immediately notifying them of the claim. Then call Golden Eagle Golf within 10 days of receipt to place your claim notifying us with the information needed to obtain return authorization. Return damaged merchandise to Golden Eagle Golf along with a copy of the original sales receipt within 30 days from return authorization date for a full refund or replacement. Note - Refunds will not be issued unless you have notified the carrier.

If you wish to return one of these items. You Must contact us prior to returning item. You will be responsible for all Shipping to get item back to us. Plus you will be charged 15% restocking fee. Any item shipped Free with Express shipping will also be charged $15 shipping charge. Any GPS system that requires a registration to use will not be accepted as a return once registration has taken place unless it is defective. At that point it will be replaced if still under warranty.
